Rolling Attributes

Roll 4d6 six times, dropping the lowest die from each roll. Then assign the results to the six attributes in whatever order is desired. While characters may still lower attributes to 13 in order to raise other scores to 8, they no longer get a free raise of a prime requisite to 14.

Starting Hit Points

All first-level characters begin play with the maximum number of hit points for their class (4 for Psychics, 6 for Experts, and 8 for Warriors) plus their Constitution modifier (if any).
